Some slapstick comedy films include "The Naked Gun" series, "Airplane!", "Dumb and Dumber", "Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy", "The Three Stooges", "Ace Ventura: Pet Detective", "The Pink Panther" series, "Hot Shots!", and "Police Academy". These films are known for their physical comedy, exaggerated situations, and absurd humor. **

I think the Police Academy film series is a classic example of slapstick comedy. The films are known for their over-the-top humor, physical gags, and absurd situations. While the humor may not be for everyone, the series has developed a cult following and is considered a staple in the genre of slapstick comedy. The characters and their antics have become iconic, and the films continue to be enjoyed by fans of this style of humor. **
